Expat family looking for helper asap

Hello, we're looking for a transfer helper to start asap. Main duties are taking care of the household - cleaning (4 storey cluster house), cooking, washing, ironing and looking after our (small) dogs especially when we are out of town (no extra work but stay home on off day with the dogs). We're a friendly family of 4, soon 3 as one of the children is leaving to study overseas in a few months. We're looking for someone who's good in organising and tidying up, practices good hygiene, can follow our instructions initially but later work independently, who loves cooking and baking (willing to learn and can follow new recipes) and who loves pets.  Offering all Sun and PH off, yearly bonus and yearly trip home. Contract for 2 years but to be honest upfront, there is a chance the job will 'only' be until Jan 1, 2026.
