Looking for full time helper who loves pets in Happy Valley

My Thai helper of almost 30 years is retiring next month. This is a single person household with 1 senior and 2 younger cats (this can change anytime).  I'm looking for a dedicated, full-time live-in helper who is passionate about pets. I'm looking for someone who:

1) is fit, honest and kind2) is great with pets, gentle and patient and enjoys spending time with them (please, don’t apply if you don’t LOVE both cats and dogs). Confidence in handling animals. My senior cat requires a lot of care at the moment.

3) daily pet (both cat and dog) walking is essential 

4) has good communication skills, good English

5) attention to hygiene

You will have your own private room (2 windows around 70sq feet) with plenty of storage and your own bathroom. Aircon and toilet are brand new. Heater. 

Household chores and cooking: Although other household chores and cooking are less of a concern if it's just me, you will be required to do serious cooking for guests and weekly Sunday family lunch (usually 3 people, rarely more) gatherings. Ability to follow English recipes and youtube is a plus. Daily dusting, floor cleaning and vacuuming Weekly Air-con filters cleaning

Others: Taking and picking up pets to the vetCloset cleaning & organizing, Furniture cleaning, General living and dining areas tidying and organizing, Grocery expenses book-keeping, Grocery shopping, Ironing, Laundry, Running errands, Watering plants

Holidays and days off: Statutory holidays will be taken on another day if consecutive. You are required to be working on Sundays and Mondays unless otherwise stated Weekly Day off can be selected anyday from Tuesdays to Fridays

Ideally, if available now, then we can have a proper handover from my current helper.
