British family looking for a second helper

We are looking for a second helper to join our family. We are a family of two working parents, one toddler, one small sausage dog and a baby. Childcare and newborn care are important skills that we are looking for. Multi-tasking, good time management skills and an ability to keep things clean and organised are also important qualities we are looking for.
